At Stilform, we understand that plans can change.

Cancelling an Order

Orders may be cancelled through our standard cancellation process before they have entered processing or shipment.

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number.

While we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee cancellation through this process once processing has begun.

This does not affect any statutory right of withdrawal.

Orders Already Shipped

If your order has already been dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled through our standard pre-shipment cancellation process.

In this case, you may request a return in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Your statutory right of withdrawal remains unaffected, including where applicable before delivery.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, any payment received will be refunded to your original payment method.

Depending on your payment provider, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days, subject to applicable legal deadlines.
